Lavanya’s Bharatanatyam Arangetram took place at Vani Mahal, Chennai, in March 2024, under the meticulous guidance and blessings of her Gurus, Sri. Shankar Kandasamy and Smt. Radhamani Varadhachary. The event was graced by the presence of distinguished guests, including Padma Shri Leela Samson, Smt. Bragha Bessel, Sri. Jayachandran Surendran, and Smt. Rhadha Ramanathan, among others.

Lavanya was blessed to have the accompaniment of accomplished musicians who elevated her performance. The orchestra featured Sri. Raghuram Rajagopalan on vocals, Dr. Guru Bharadwaaj on mridangam, Sri. Durai Srinivasan on violin, Vid. Vivek Krishna on flute, and Sri. Anatha Narayanan on veena, while her Gurus skillfully played the cymbals.
